PROCESS

Step 1: Strategic Planning
When you come to us with a project idea, we will help you
clarify your goals and select the appropriate medium in which
to publish your content.

After we have established your goals, we will develop a work plan
and a timeline for your project and submit it for your approval.

Step 2: Audience Analysis
The next step is to define your target audience(s). Who do you
hope to reach with this project? What is their age range?
What are their needs? How will you fulfill those needs?

To help you determine audience needs, we can conduct surveys
of your target audience and analyze existing member, visitor,
and usage data. When your project is in the production phase,
we can facilitate user testing with focus groups or members
of your target audience.

Step 3: Historical Research
This step involves crafting your message and selecting supporting
documentation. If you need research help, we will research archival
collections to obtain primary sources. Research may also include
interviewing subject-matter experts or conducting oral histories.

If you have already conducted your research, we will help you
organize and select the best sources to convey your message.

Step 4: Content Development
With research material in hand, we will discuss concepts
and generate story ideas. We will create a navigation scheme
to help users easily find information. Then, we will write user-friendly
content that follows industry standards for multimedia publication.

If you have print content you would like to adapt, we can rewrite
and edit your content for multimedia presentation.

Step 5: Project Management
We can manage projects at all stages. As project manager,
we will ensure that your strategic planning goals are met
and that tasks are accomplished on time and within budget.

We maintain a network of designers and developers who have
worked on educational projects. If you need design and development
assistance, we can assemble a team and oversee the production phase.

Step 6: E-Marketing
After your project is published, we can develop e-newsletter content
that promotes your project to target audience(s).
